Responsibilities

Profile: Functional skills:

Serve as the interface between business teams and technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs.
Lead scoping and design workshops.
Document functional requirements (user stories, specifications, user journeys, business rules).
Support the definition of the product vision with Product Owners.
Prioritize needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Guide development teams in understanding requirements.
Prepare and execute functional acceptance testing.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Contribute to projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Significant experience on digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong product and business domain mindset.
Good understanding of information system architectures.
Proficiency with Agile methods.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
Professional English.
Experience in data, cloud, or AI is a real plus.
