The Safety Training Program Manager is responsible for ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance for all employees within Black Box's Data Center Business Unit, while leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee safety training programs. This position promotes a strong culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and professional development to drive operational excellence across the Black Box platform.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Create, develop and implement training programs and curricula for Black Box employees across the Data Center business unit, ensuring all training aligns with federal, state, local regulations and industry standards. - Deliver OSHA 30 and OSHA 10-hour training at various sites as required. - Develop and implement new employee orientation programs for multiple sites and the initial Black Box onboarding training. - Serve as the point of contact for training-related matters for data center staff, collaborating with cross-functional partners. - Maintain and update training records for data center employees in our LMS. - Assign required training to meet certifications and mandatory requirements. - Collaborate with trainers at Black Box training centers and contribute to safety curricula for orientation. - This position is hybrid with up to 50% travel.
