This on-site role focuses on generating hospice referrals and expanding market share within the assigned territory by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include executing strategic healthcare sales and business development initiatives, educating referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and services, and building and maintaining a strong referral network. Preferred backgrounds include Hospice Sales, Home Health Sales, Healthcare Sales, Medical Sales, Physician Liaison roles, Business Development, Senior Living Sales, Post-Acute Care Sales, Account Management, and Referral Development. Top candidates will have existing referral relationships and proven success growing a territory.
