Safe Haven Security LLC, an ADT Authorized Dealer, is expanding and seeks a talented, hardworking Direct Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team selling core residential products: Home Security and Home Automation. This W-2 position offers benefits and uncapped earning potential, including commissions and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Working Conditions: Qualifications: Compensation & Benefits:

Manage the daily activity of the local Outside Sales team, including interviewing and hiring Outside Sales Representatives, assigning and managing leads, tracking and auditing sales, conducting training and 1:1 coaching, and facilitating team meetings.
Lead from the front to motivate the team, oversee performance, and reduce attrition.
Balance field and office duties with office hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and field hours from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
Office work required daily (approximately 30%) and field work daily in all weather conditions (approximately 70%).
Occasional travel as required.
3+ years of Outside Sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient with technical devices including laptops and tablets; strong leadership and motivational skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.
Uncapped commissions on personal sales and uncapped overrides on sales staff.
