Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products and services to tailor collateral to specific markets.
• Communicate regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time.
• Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure products meet necessary risk and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain the product group governance operating model (cadence, forums, charters, RACI, artifacts, approval gates).
• Apply regulatory testing procedures and exercise judgment to resolve complex cases where it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements.
• Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology.
• Define and manage processes for maintaining product documentation across multiple delivery channels and for audits/exams, operational risk assessments, change management, and policy/procedure adherence.
