Your Impact: Joining Formlabs as a 3PL Program Manager is a high-impact opportunity to be the final link in our global fulfillment chain. You will ensure the promise we make to customers is fulfilled, resolving order sync errors and coordinating with regional carriers to ensure printers leave the dock and reach customers without friction. What You’ll Do: - Lead the daily monitoring of regional order flows, ensuring orders sync correctly between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL warehouse management systems. - Oversee the resolution of order exceptions (address validation errors, inventory stockouts, or SKU mismatches) to prevent delays. - Direct the coordination of daily carrier pickups, working closely with warehouse staff and partners like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure all shippable orders leave the dock on time. - Implement inventory reconciliation tasks by assisting in weekly cycle counts and investigating discrepancies be
