Interior Sales Representative – Carmel, Indiana (On-site)

The Interior Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing interior plantscape clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor, helping businesses enhance their workplaces through interior plant solutions while identifying opportunities for additional products and services. The position collaborates with operations to ensure client expectations are met, promotes long-term client retention, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Essential functions and responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with interior services clients through exceptional service, proactive account management, professional communication, and adaptability to diverse client needs. - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of interior services offerings, including plant maintenance, installations, seasonal color, events, and holiday décor to advise clients on solutions, best practices, and product applications. - Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts, including renewals, maintenance agreements, new installations, and holiday programs, while identifying opportunities for account growth. - Generate new business through strategic networking, referrals, prospecting, and consultative sales efforts to expand the client base. - Participate in professional associations, networking organizations, industry events, and community engagements to promote business development. - Collaborate with Interior Account Managers, technicians, and operations t
