The Arc Fresno/Madera Counties is a non-profit agency established in 1953 by parents of developmentally disabled children. Today, we provide diverse services to over 600 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower, inspire, and support individuals to become active members of their communities.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Adhere to and model The Arc's policies and procedures; ensure staff understand and follow them. - Participate in annual budgeting with the Director of Finance and the Director of Programs; monitor financial stability via monthly profit/loss reports. - Track program expenditures, including petty cash and credit card purchases; submit reports and receipts monthly. - Approve purchases electronically in a timely manner. - Hire, coach, and, when needed, terminate staff with approval of the Director of Programs and HR Director. - Complete 90-day onboarding and performance evaluations for Life Skill Coaches; conduct ongoing evaluations as needed. - Document and address staff performance issues. - Model and train staff on guiding principles of a collaborative workplace, Arc Covenant, and Shift Happens. - Perform 10-15% quality control reviews of services for all clients to ensure proper client-interactive training is delivered by staff. - Provide direct service duties as needed to meet client needs. - Oversee online curricula for alternative services and remote learning days. - Maintain ope
