Senior Solutions Architect – Managed Services is a remote role with phData, a data and AI consultancy. This position operates within the Elastic Platform Operations (EPO) team and focuses on maturing and optimizing modern cloud data platforms (streaming, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics) to deliver performance, security, scalability, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with clients, internal engineering and support teams, and practice leadership to provide architectural guidance, drive delivery, and advance phData’s delivery excellence. Responsibilities include owning the operation and continuous improvement of cloud data platforms for enterprise customers; translating business and technical requirements into cloud-native architectures; ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value; enabling platform optimization and automation; leading workshops and technical reviews; creating Epics, Stories, and Tasks with engineers; contributing to internal playbooks and accelerators; mentoring engineers; representing phData professionally; and acting as a trusted advisor on data platform roadmaps.
