NIQ is pursuing a multi-year HR transformation to create a simpler, stronger, more scalable, and AI-enabled HR function. The Director of HR - HR Business Partner & Transformation will partner closely with the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team to strengthen how HR is organized, staffed, developed, and enabled, guiding decisions on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, role clarity, talent, capability building, and the execution of the transformation agenda. This hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of HR business partnering and transformation, helping HR leaders make practical organization and talent decisions today while enabling the function to adopt product-minded, scalable, and AI-enabled delivery models for the future. The ideal candidate brings deep HR business partnering experience, transformation leadership, analytical judgment, AI fluency, and a product mindset, and is a hands-on leader who can deliver HR work in a complex, fast-changing environment.
