Gensco is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Representative to service new and existing accounts in the North Region, including Everett, Washington. Territory includes Everett, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Seattle, and Kirkland. Responsibilities include performing a broad range of commercial HVAC equipment sales activities, developing customers, providing value engineering support, assisting with system design, and delivering sales support. Product lines include Trane, American Standard, Midea, and Ameristar. Compensation includes an uncapped incentive plan, a company vehicle with gas card, cell phone, laptop, iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package. During the initial 3–24 months, a salary guarantee of $65,000–$75,000 per year is provided based on experience. After this period, compensation transitions to an incentive-based plan with a $1,000 monthly salary ($12,000 annually) plus uncapped incentive pay and the aforementioned benefits.
