What You'll Be Responsible For - Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality - Drive sales performance across the location, with clear revenue targets and KPIs - Set performance standards for your team and uphold them through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability - Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's service level, while identifying and converting sales opportunities - Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions - Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through
