Housing Visions is expanding and seeking qualified candidates to join our team. The position is based at our Utica, New York office located at 1020 Park Avenue. This is a part-time role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay range is $19 to $22 per hour.

Responsibilities include: marketing and leasing units and collecting rents; meeting tenant needs; ensuring compliance with government regulations and Housing Visions policies and procedures; managing cash flow and property budgets; handling delinquencies and evictions; processing lease renewals and income verifications; conducting audits and inspections; and other duties as assigned.
