Product Manager, Credit Origination – Senior Associate

We are seeking a Product Manager for Credit Origination to join JPMorgan Chase. In this role you will discover, design, and deliver an end-to-end credit process that supports clients and internal partners, including bankers, underwriters, and credit operations specialists. You will work cross-functionally with design, technology, and operations teams to develop and deploy value-added solutions across the credit delivery lifecycle and iterate for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Bridge gaps in manual processes by mapping end-to-end workflows (people, process, tools), identifying handoffs, rework loops, control points, and failure points; design to-be flows that reduce manual touchpoints and improve cycle time, quality, and compliance.
Conduct structured discovery through stakeholder interviews, shadowing, workflow walkthroughs, and artifact review; document true operational steps versus assumed processes and surface undocumented dependencies.
Collaborate with Design Teams, Business Partners, and Product Owners to design user experiences, define detailed requirements, and deliver new product features, ensuring designs account for operational realities, edge cases, and opportunities to reduce manual work.
Establish governance by publishing regular KPI readouts and decision logs, aligning expected benefits with realized results, and transparently identifying gaps with corrective actions (process changes, backlog reprioritization, training, additi
