What you'll be responsible for: - Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality. - Drive sales performance across the location, maintaining revenue targets and KPIs. - Set the performance standard for your team and uphold it through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability. - Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's high service standards, while identifying and converting sales opportunities. - Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions. - Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through.

What we're looking for: - 10+ years of leadership experience with a blend of operations management and sales; you've run the floor and owned a number. - A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with me
