This role ensures technology projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. You will coordinate the efforts of development teams, stakeholders, and clients to streamline project execution, overseeing the project lifecycle from conception through to completion to ensure that all technical work aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: - Manage Healthcare products from design to deployment and provide implementation support. - Contribute to building and maintaining modern cloud-native applications. - Provide top-down oversight throughout execution to ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder goals. - Lead a team of Scrum Masters and managers; address project questions or challenges. - Own the delivery team as a supervisor and manage performance. - Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel; ensure milestones are met. - Ensure processes are adhered to and the product vision is implemented in a timely manner. - Understand risks, dependencies, and increase value delivered through the project/product lifecycle. - Update and maintain production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation. - Develop comprehensive project/product plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical staff as required. - Ensure the team maintains the required documentation for knowledge management. - Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff
