Key responsibilities: • Partner with plant leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture across multiple facilities. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and corporate policies (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.). • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, and professional/technical roles. • Administer benefits, process payroll, audit timekeeping, and maintain HRIS data. • Manage orientation programs to standardize training and cultural integration region-wide. • Maintain Third-Party Service relationships to ensure service delivery. • Provide counsel to site managers and employees on complex HR issues, applying policies consistently. • Serve as primary contact for benefits and policy inquiries. • Maintain accurate employee records and perform HRIS data entry; conduct timekeeping audits. • Compile HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, labor costs) to inform executive leadership. • Administer safety programs and support audits, policy rollouts, and safety initiatives to sustain a Safety First culture. • Perform other duties as assigned.
