This frontline role involves building relationships with prospective customers, acting as a product and purchase process subject-matter expert, and delivering a world-class introduction to the Rivian sales process. You will manage inbound sales via phone, email, and chat, qualify leads, provide timely support, and route more complex inquiries to Tier 2 teams. You will help ensure a best-in-class customer experience that drives brand loyalty, satisfaction, and sales conversions. You will also support demo drive bookings and educate customers about Rivian Spaces in their region. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Rivian products and services and providing timely, first-contact resolution. Schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Sunday, with some weekend and holiday work; hours are 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST. Qualifications include 4 years of customer service or sales support experience (call center experience a plus), high school diploma, fluent English, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
