Related Affordable is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Corona Park, an affordable housing community in Corona, California. You will supervise a dedicated team, oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, administrative functions, and financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management, while ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs such as HDC, HCR, HUD, and LIHTC. The role requires building strong relationships with residents and managing tenant/landlord relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining high-quality maintenance services. You will develop and manage the property budget, prepare key performance reports, and lead special projects to enhance the community and drive operational success. Qualifications include 3+ years of property management experience, expertise in affordable housing programs, strong financial acumen, and experience with RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards (or similar software). Proven leadership with direct supervisory experience is essential.
