You will be the boots on the ground, guiding families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in inside and outside the community. You’ll collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local organizations. You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports Sales Associates through: a three-week onboarding and orientation program with in-depth instruction on Brookdale's sales approach, coaching, ongoing continuing education, and customized tools to market your community; tuition reimbursement opportunities; a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
