Aily Labs is a B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered decision intelligence app for enterprises. Our mobile-first platform combines company data with machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI to deliver real-time, actionable insights. We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the AI Platform team and shape the AI strategy across teams, ensuring AI projects solve the right problems and deliver measurable impact. You will lead cross-team design sessions, define and enforce engineering standards, and manage a team of 4+ AI/ML engineers. The role focuses on building and operating scalable AI/ML infrastructure that enables enterprise decision-making. Requirements include 6+ years in AI/ML, mastery of the modern AI/ML stack (AWS, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, CI/CD, Airflow, agentic coding, concurrency, etc.). You are impact-driven, collaborative with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives in parallel. Location is Madrid or Barcelona, Spain; contract type is Permanent; work policy is hybrid (2 days per week in the office). Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain.
