Territory Sales Manager based in Lubbock, Texas, is responsible for the sales, operations and P&L of the branch to achieve profitability and growth objectives. This role leads a sales team in an expanding market and ensures timely product delivery and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core and Bai, to retail stores within the territory. The position is based at the Lubbock facility and supports customers in Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, San Angelo, Odessa and surrounding areas. The role directly manages three direct reports and indirectly oversees up to thirty staff. It requires five consecutive working days per week with weekends as needed.
