Join Keller Logistics Group as a Team Lead at our Napoleon, Ohio location. You will supervise repackaging operations on a production line, set up lines, and ensure scheduled production is completed. This position has 1st shift (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime until 4:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime starting at 8:00 p.m.). You will oversee line staffing, monitor equipment setup and operation, perform line lead reporting, uphold food safety standards in a food-grade warehouse, and implement 5S protocols. Responsibilities include setting up lines, validating hygienic operation, testing setup and operation, coordinating line personnel, managing disposition of damaged product, maintaining cleanliness, and completing Line Lead reports. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
