Stock Controller – Edina, Minnesota (On-site)

Overview The Stock Controller partners with store operations, the sales team, and management to execute all operational duties and ensure compliance with Moncler procedures.

Your Impact - Ensure Moncler Service standards are executed consistently - Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures - Provide customer service to clients regarding repairs and returns of merchandise - Achieve inventory accuracy, including updating UPT (units per transaction) details - Maintain stock both back of house and front of house according to operational guidelines - Support all store staff in implementing company initiatives (inventory maintenance, back-of-house operations, etc.) - Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for store inventories - Partner with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels at all times - Adhere to all Company Operational Policies and Procedures as established by the Retail Operations Manager - Additional responsibilities as assigned
