Role: The Senior Project Manager oversees the delivery of Steele Solutions' custom-engineered platform systems from sale through installation. The role requires meticulous planning, coordination, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project charters, plans, and schedules; maintaining project documentation; supporting delivery against the schedule; preparing client deliverables and presentations; facilitating conflict resolution with internal teams and external clients, vendors, and partners; coordinating with general contractors, permitting and inspection officials, subcontractors, and clients; making tactical decisions to achieve project goals; leading small teams; driving accountable performance; helping develop internal business processes; training and mentoring other Project Managers.
