Guardian has an opportunity for a full-time Community Manager to join our team at Rain Garden & Renaissance Court, two affordable apartment communities (LIHTC/PRAC 811) in Wilsonville, Oregon. The Community Manager will supervise property staff and vendors, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents while maintaining curb appeal, property maintenance, financial health, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple sites, with knowledge of LIHTC/PRAC 811 programs strongly preferred. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour plus bonus potential.
