This role reports to the Manager of People Operations and is responsible for independently administering a broad range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, serving as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave programs, including Washington State leave laws, and acting as a key liaison between employees, HR business partners, managers, and third-party vendors. The HR Operations Specialist will manage onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave programs, and day-to-day HR systems administration. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, accuracy, and sound judgment in handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.
