Regional Sales Manager – Memphis, TN, United States (on-site)

Overview: The Regional Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales goals and margin targets across the Midwest region (Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota). This on-site role is responsible for managing all sales activities and customer relationships within the assigned accounts, building strong relationships with current and prospective customers, and gaining in-depth knowledge of our product lines and competitors to identify opportunities and establish a robust pipeline for growth.

Regional Sales Manager – Memphis, TN, United States (on-site)

Overview: The Regional Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales goals and margin targets across the Midwest region (Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota). This on-site role is responsible for managing all sales activities and customer relationships within the assigned accounts, building strong relationships with current and prospective customers, and gaining in-depth knowledge of our product lines and competitors to identify opportunities and establish a robust pipeline for growth.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed defined sales growth targets and category expectations.
Prospect top distributors and end users not currently doing business with the company.
Maintain CRM records, manage expenses, pricing, and key customer contact information; monitor competitive activity.
Collaborate with inside sales to execute Incentive Plan requirements.
Plan and conduct quarterly top-account visits; ensure in-person contact with all assigned accounts at least three times per year; facilitate monthly end-user activities.
Share new product information, training, promotions, and discontinued product details with manufacturers\' reps and customers; provide timely sales-volume reports by category.
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours; return internal emails and calls the same day.
Report critical customer and competitive information to the VP of Sales or President.
Attend regional customer and Buying Group shows as needed; manage setup/teardown
