Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) designs, builds, acquires, operates, and maintains Microsoft's datacenters, powering the world's largest Commercial Cloud. CO+I enables customers worldwide and manages infrastructure, security, compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Responsibilities include: Lead complex analyses to evaluate supply, capacity, financial, and operational tradeoffs across Microsoft's global data center portfolio; develop decision frameworks and recommendations for senior leadership on multi-billion-dollar investments, capacity allocation, and supply planning; partner with senior executives to assess strategic opportunities, risks, and emerging business scenarios; structure ambiguous problems into clear options, recommendations, and executive-ready decision packages; build rigorous business cases supporting capital investments, capacity expansion plans, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements; quantify financial impact, ROI, risk exposure, capacity outcomes, and customer implications; create sensitivity analyses and decision models that assess alternative paths and investment scenarios; develop content for executive reviews, strategy sessions, operating reviews, and decision forums; clearly communicate tradeoffs, risks, assumptions, recommendations, and required decisions.
