About the role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and profitability across designated Mass Market and Hobby Retail accounts in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The role requires strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the French, Belgian, and Dutch retail landscapes, with the ability to navigate traditional and modern trade environments. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Paris, France, working five days per week.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales performance across the designated accounts in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, delivering against sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Develop account-specific strategies aligned with brand and category objectives for key partners and independents.
Lead onboarding of new distributors and hobby/specialist accounts, identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth and brand visibility.
Conduct market analysis to understand category trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform account planning and channel strategy.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors; act as primary commercial contact for negotiations, promotions, and planning.
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Planning, Logistics, Finance) to deliver seamless execution and service.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
Implement joint business plans and promotional activations to maximise retail impact and consumer engagement.
