Keystone, a premier economics, technology, and strategy consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Staff Editor to lead a storytelling initiative that amplifies Keystone’s work and its experts to clients and the public. The Staff Editor will immerse in Keystone’s world to understand the company’s practices and the types of cases it handles—often related to AI, antitrust, and other complex business issues—and to identify storytelling opportunities at every turn. Responsibilities may include interviewing subject matter experts, participating in podcasts, producing social content, and occasionally creating video. The goal is to deliver a regular cadence of original, short-form editorial and social content for Keystone’s LinkedIn, newsletters, website, and upcoming podcast. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of writing experience, impeccable writing skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into readable copy, and strong organizational and analytics capabilities. You will manage LinkedIn publishing, maintain an editorial calendar, set up analytics, and help develop three newsletters: KeystoneNext (existing), plus two new newsletters for experts and clients. The position is based in Keystone’s New York office in Soho, with some travel required. This is a full-time contract with the possibility of conversion to full time. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 USD, with an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) contribution, and competitive benefits.
