This role supports the day-to-day progress of software development, aligns internal and external product priorities, and proactively identifies and solves problems to guide the team through the dynamic phases of product development. The TPM will implement TPM processes, track progress against product and project goals, and drive velocity, efficiency, and teamwork without burning out stakeholders.
