Intex Recreation Corp. (IRC) is the exclusive sales partner and distributor of INTEX-branded products in the United States and Canada. Based in Long Beach, California, United States (On-site), IRC warehouses and distributes air mattresses, above-ground pools, inflatable pool floats, pool accessories, inflatable boats and kayaks to retailers. A fully staffed consumer service call center handles consumer direct sales from Long Beach, the Philippines, and China. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the consumer products, wholesale, or distribution industries, be highly analytical, and capable of leading an accounting team in a fast-paced, product-centric environment. This role provides strategic finance and business support, financial reporting and compliance, internal controls, treasury, and cash management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include acting as a financial partner to the President and leadership team, leading forecasting and budgeting processes, delivering GAAP-based financial reports (P&L by company, cash flow, forecast vs. budget), ensuring tax compliance, overseeing audits, developing internal controls, optimizing financial systems, coordinating cashflow planning, managing banking relationships and credit facilities, supervising and developing the finance team.
