You will lead the deployment of the 80/20 methodology across regional business units, ensuring alignment with global strategy to streamline complexity, improve profitability, and sharpen our go-to-market approach. Key responsibilities include identifying high-value customers, products, and processes; leading cross-functional workshops to drive simplification, SKU rationalization, and margin improvement; analyzing complex data to translate insights into actionable growth plans; tracking program performance and delivering measurable results; and acting as a change champion to coach teams and embed 80/20 thinking into the culture. Travel approximately 25% is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MBA/Master’s preferred), at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a mid to large industrial manufacturing company, and demonstrated expertise in 80/20 deployment, PLM, manufacturing simplification, and commercial aspects of 80/20 policy deployment. Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
