Position Overview: MEI Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealership experience to lead and develop our sales team. This on-site leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring Sales Representatives, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and ensuring the dealership consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
