EXARING AG, the company behind waipu.tv, is seeking a Product Manager for Business Systems focused on Payments and Revenue. Based in Munich, Germany with hybrid working arrangements, you will be the central interface between business, technology and data, collaborating with Finance, Business Intelligence, Engineering and external software partners to continuously evolve our payments, billing and revenue systems. You will design processes, automate workflows, ensure data quality and reliable KPIs, and help us detect and prevent fraud.

You will design processes, automate workflows, ensure data quality and reliable KPIs, and help us detect and prevent fraud.
What you'll do: - Redesign and improve processes rather than merely administer them. - Analyze current processes, challenge established practices, and work with business units to deliver scalable, automated solutions. - Translate business needs into concepts and coordinate with engineering teams and external partners. - Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards with our BI team; perform analyses using tools such as BigQuery or Tableau. - Drive automation by identifying manual steps and leading implementation. - Enhance fraud detection and prevention processes using data analysis. - Contribute to the evolution of our business platforms in payments, billing, partner settlements, revenue reporting, data quality and automation.
