Role overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead staff, establish project workflows, and act as a primary client contact for assigned projects. The position requires the ability to work independently on large and complex projects to develop schedules and budgets, and to coordinate internal and external team members. The Senior Project Manager will build and sustain client relationships and facilitate difficult conversations while balancing all office and project concerns. The role entails aligning teammates’ capabilities with project goals and managing a wide range of construction issues to deliver high-quality design while controlling costs and ensuring efficiency.
