Director HR Business Partner, ITD North America, is seeking a strategic HR leader to support the ITD North America business unit, including a cross-functional team and four manufacturing facilities (approximately 1,100 employees). The role partners with the GM, ITD North America and the Director of Operations ITD North America. Primary responsibilities include human resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management, labor relations, training, career planning, wage and salary administration, performance management, and change management. The HR Director will collaborate with the division HR team to deploy large-scale HR initiatives, programs, and processes across ITD and lead other members of the HR function in deployments. This role can be supported remotely for qualified U.S.-based candidates in California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, with approximately 50% travel.
