WoodmenLife is seeking an AI Engineer II to join its Data & Analytics AI team in Omaha. This role focuses on designing and deploying scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions that support core business functions such as underwriting, claims, customer experience, and risk assessment. You will help drive WoodmenLife’s transformation into an AI-first organization by delivering real, measurable business impact and working across a modern cloud-based ecosystem.

What You’ll Do - Design and develop AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives - Build and deploy RAG-augmented Copilots into enterprise production environments - Develop data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI workloads - Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements - Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards - Design and build AI/ML solutions for various business units - Integrate agentic processes into enterprise systems and workflows - Maintain and optimize data pipelines for training and inference - Monitor model accuracy, drift, and performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best-practice development - Build prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready AI applications - Develop agentic workflows and intelligent automation solutions - Implement APIs and services for agent integration - Apply AIOps/MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management - Partner with Data Teams, IT, and business stakeholders - Contribute to enterprise AI strategy an
