This position supports physician offices that manage complex chronic diseases and focuses on driving prescription referrals to OptumRx. You will build relationships with physician offices, qualify their needs, present solutions, and provide post-sale support, collaborating with pharmacy staff to meet customer expectations. You will use phone, email, fax, Teams, and Salesforce to grow your book of business, and you will work with the Inside Sales Manager on strategic initiatives within your territory. The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to learn new systems; specialty pharmacy knowledge is preferred. All remote employees must comply with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $38.00, plus benefits.
