The role focuses on integrating data from multiple business systems, applying exploratory analytics and basic predictive techniques, and validating results to monitor costs, usage, and customer experience. The analyst will help optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows, contribute to reusable analytic components, and assist in evaluating and deploying new analytics and visualization tools across the organization. Responsibilities include applying exploratory data analysis and basic modeling to large, multi-source datasets to identify trends and outliers; using SQL and other query tools to extract, join, and aggregate data from data lakes and business systems; designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and recurring reports in BI tools to track performance, cost, usage, and customer satisfaction with automated refresh and clear storytelling; implementing data cleaning, transformation, and validation routines to improve data quality and ensure governance; collaborating with senior analysts, data engineers, and system owners to optimize data models and pipelines; documenting methodologies, data dictionaries, business rules, and recurring report logic for transparency and onboarding; evaluating and integrating new analytics tools and templates. Qualifications include: an associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred for progression.
