Related Affordable is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Sunrise Meadows affordable housing community in Cordova, California. The role oversees leasing, marketing, recertifications, and administrative functions; ensures financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management; and supervises staff across the office and maintenance teams while maintaining compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC, etc.). You will build strong relationships with residents and manage tenant/landlord relations, including conflict resolution, and lead special projects that improve the community. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, and evaluating staff; developing and managing the property's budget; preparing reports to track performance; and driving operational excellence. This is an exempt position with a salary range of $60,000 - $64,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
