The Plant Controller at the Rigby, Idaho plant is a key member of the site management team responsible for leading financial planning, accounting, reporting, controls, and cost management. This role partners with Operations and site leadership to support daily performance management, strengthen internal controls, improve financial visibility, identify cost-out opportunities, evaluate inventory and operational risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting for the plant. The Plant Controller provides financial leadership for month-end close, forecasting, annual operating plan development, standard costing, capital project analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives that support profitable growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Daily Operations & Performance Management — generate and communicate the Daily Directional Setting report; review OEE results; support production reporting and financial transaction completion; analyze downtime to quantify financial impact; track KPIs and translate operational performance into financial impact. Cost Accounting, Standards & Product Costing — oversee BOM maintenance, recipe accuracy, standard cost integrity; conduct spec-to-BOM reviews; support product development through costing and margin analysis.
