Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Google Chat to drive Agentic Quality. You will lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives across client and backend services, refining requirements, managing dependencies, schedules, and risks, and communicating progress to cross-functional partners. You will translate complex technical concepts for executives and collaborate with engineers to align architectural choices across Android, iOS, and Web platforms. In this role, you will own a large portfolio of infrastructure supporting Google Chat, working to improve evaluation infrastructure, scale user feedback processing, and enhance reliability, performance, and developer velocity.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Own and guide high-impact infrastructure projects from requirements through launch, including defining requirements, dependencies, schedules, and risk management.
Identify trends among issues and drive root-cause analysis with engineering, product, and UX teams.
Manage scope, priorities, and timelines while delivering results and translating technical concepts into actionable steps.
Demonstrate the impact of infrastructure work to executives and secure alignment and visibility.
Build relationships across core teams and partner teams.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience; 8+ years of program management experience.
Experience with software development workflows, defining quality metrics for automated systems, and end-to-end delivery and technical strategy for mobile and web applications.
Preferred: 8+ years man
