What you’ll do: - Work closely with clients by providing critical senior financial management and accounting services while delivering the highest level of professionalism and client service - Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors to help clients succeed - Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement processes and improvements
What you’ll need: Required: - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Controller - Bachelor’s Degree - Willingness to travel throughout your local market, with occasional support for national markets - Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service - Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department - Solid track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions to support g
