Priority Ford Norfolk is seeking a proven automotive sales professional to join our high-volume team in Norfolk, Virginia. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, skilled at building relationships, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. This is an on-site position with commission-based pay and earnings potential of $50,000–$150,000 based on performance. Requirements include 1–2 years of automotive sales experience, strong communication and follow-up skills, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, a professional, positive, team-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers through the sales process, following up on leads, presenting vehicles and features, guiding financing options, maintaining product knowledge, and staying current on inventory.
