This on-site role focuses on projects in the restaurant, retail, and convenience-store sectors, with up to 25% travel for site visits, pre-construction meetings, client walkthroughs, and safety audits. Responsibilities include reviewing subcontractor bids, job costs, invoices, and receipts for accuracy; maintaining and updating project schedules; leading pre-construction, progress, and post-construction meetings with clients and superintendents; coordinating materials and equipment with field teams; supporting hand-offs and post-project reviews; maintaining organized project documentation; and ensuring subcontractors have clear scopes, schedules, and required documentation. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; respond to emails and calls within 24 hours to maintain timely, professional communication; and ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget with Zernco quality. Desired profile: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or relevant experience); 3+ years of field experience in commercial construction; PM experience on fast-paced ground-up and remodel projects ranging from $1–$3M with 3–6 month schedules; experience in restaurant, retail, and convenience-store projects is highly desirable.
