This role serves as a liaison among candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and Human Resources to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, organized, and aligned with ASC's business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team members. - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity. - Create and post job advertisements across platforms and social media. - Support sourcing by identifying and engaging potential candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc. - Coordinate pre-employment activities: background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, and onboarding documentation. - Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, interview summaries, and other TA analytics. - Partner with hiring managers and HR to facilitate a positive hiring experience. - Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, campus recruiting, and community o
