The Sales Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers and is accountable for all aspects of the store’s retail operation excluding boutiques, including sales, service, and operational processes. This position drives top-line sales growth and delivers an exceptional guest experience, with accountability for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and store performance. Responsibilities include promoting accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink; driving profitability by analyzing performance metrics and implementing company programs; planning and executing in-store events and partner collaborations; analyzing financial and operational data; conducting makeup applications and skincare analysis to support sales; hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team; ensuring adherence to policies, dress code, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety; managing attendance and scheduling; using scheduling and task management tools; and communicating trends and opportunities to leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience; experience with payroll budgeting, inventory, and merchandising; strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
