The Sales Manager supports the achievement of key sales and service KPIs through effective leadership, customer-focused coaching, and efficient day-to-day execution. Major responsibilities include providing Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, overseeing Balloons, birthday party operations, and other in-store programs; promoting and enrolling customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program; driving protection plan offerings; leading the Knit & Sew Shop and the Cut Bar experience; ensuring efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery; supporting Custom Framing operations; training and developing team members; and maintaining Asset Protection practices.
